"WINE HOUSE" – We welcome you to the Institute’s wine-cellar where you can familiarize with the secrets of the wine production, taste some of the best samples of wine made by our partners and see our collection of aged up to 55 years old wines.
“NEW IDEAS” – Besides revealing the highlights of our long and colorful wine making history, we offer Development, Assistance and Support for our partners, new markets development opportunities, etc.
The Bulgarian NWSBRI LTD Institute's activities
The Bulgarian NATIONAL WINE and SPIRITUOUS BEVERAGES RESEARCH INSTITUTE LTD (NWSBRI) is a highly professional state entity dedicated to assist Bulgarian and foreign clients in the area of wine and spirituous beverages production, export and import as well as scientific research, technology development and all relating activities.
The NWSBRI is the only Bulgarian institution specialized in development of the technologies by implementing the results of the wide range researches, including scientific in chemistry and microbiology of wine and spirituous beverages production, starting from the raw material for up to the final products and their distribution.
